  2. Compromise / Reconcile (Lose-Lose) 🥈 - Meet in the middle.
  3. Smooth / Accommodate (Temporary) 🥉 - Focus on agreement.
  4. Withdraw / Avoid (No resolution) ⚠️ - Cooling off period.
  5. Force / Direct (Win-Lose) ❌ - Emergency only.

🎓 Phase 1 PMP Mindset Rules

  1. Always Analyze First: When a problem arises, never react immediately. Listen to stakeholders, ask questions, find the root cause, and then propose solutions.
  2. PM Owns the Issues: Resolve conflicts and technical differences within the team. Do not escalate to sponsors or HR unless budget is at risk or it's outside your boundary.
  3. Stakeholder Registry: Everyone is a stakeholder. Update the register iteratively.
  4. Emphasize Team Collaboration: Make decisions with the team, as they are the technical experts.
