🎓 Phase 1 PMP Mindset Rules
- Always Analyze First: When a problem arises, never react immediately. Listen to stakeholders, ask questions, find the root cause, and then propose solutions.
- PM Owns the Issues: Resolve conflicts and technical differences within the team. Do not escalate to sponsors or HR unless budget is at risk or it's outside your boundary.
- Stakeholder Registry: Everyone is a stakeholder. Update the register iteratively.
- Emphasize Team Collaboration: Make decisions with the team, as they are the technical experts.
